We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Data, bandwidth or device issue
Please register and activate you item once it has fully downloaded to your device. Our software requires an active internet connect and sufficient bandwidth to download content into your item. At this time we do not support functionality without an internet connection and you will not have access to content, bookmarks, notes or search features without an active connection. Additionally our software is dependent on the most current standards for both IOS and Android devices which may not be support by older digital devices.
Damages, issues or data loss
Please inspect your download on reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible if you’re not able to download and install our software due to lack of space, bandwidth or connectivity issues.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and confirmed that you’ve made the request within the alloted time and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
